The shuttle service was not reliable. I waited almost an hour. eventually, i had to take a taxi. there was a distinct smell of smoke in my non-smoking room. It was unpleasant

the airport shuttle operated efficiently i appreciated the punctuality it ensured i reached the terminal without delay the room was clean and functional it provided ample space for my luggage and allowed me to organize my belongings easily the location offered tranquility despite its proximity to the airport i could relax well before my flight the breakfast had a wide variety of options it included both hot and cold dishes which helped me start the day well
the gym equipment seemed a little dated it could use some modernization

The location is convenient as it is close to the airport. The free airport shuttle provided a useful service. Breakfast had enough variety to choose from. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. I found it quite refreshing.
The pool was not open . This was disappointing because the availability of the pool was a factor in my choice. There was an industrial view from my room, which wasn't very appealing. I hoped for a more scenic outlook.

The breakfast had MANY choices. I used the self-serve coffee machine, and it worked GREAT. Staff at the front desk was polite. The staff was also pleasant.
I arrived at the hotel on March 28, 2024, and was told about the wellness centre prices. They wanted €15 per person for 50 mins. The games room was broken.
